2009 Nutone Champ Declared: Dave Skivington

Dave played steady and shot a 96 to destroy the field. Second place was taken by Jim Quattrini followed by Tommy Q, Dave Grant who posted the nicest round of the tournament, an even par 72! With 5 birdies. Imre "The House" Knausz rounded out the top five. More details to be posted later.

Congratulations to Greg Garbach! He was rewarded for his steady play as his competitors melted down one by one. Upon learning of the situation Greg was heard to exclaim, "Woo hoo! De-fault! The two sweetest words in the English Language!"

Tom has clinched this years tournament in dramatic style to win by one stroke over first loser Nelson Hozman. With an amazing display of short game prowess (which made him the favorite), Tom got up and down for par after skipping his tee shot across the pond on the final hole to win.
